Billing

Plans

Lumicast offers plans based on the number of displays you need. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing — yearly plans include a discount.

Choose the plan that matches your current number of active displays. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Payment

Click Update payment method to add or change a credit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Invoices

Past invoices are listed on the Subscription page. Click any invoice to download a PDF.

Display licenses

Each active display in your workspace uses one license slot. If you exceed your plan's limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding more displays.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact Lumicast support. Your displays will continue to work until the end of the current billing period.
