Meeting Room Availability app
Show whether a single meeting room is free or occupied, plus the next booking. Designed for a small screen mounted outside a room.
Creating a Meeting Room Availability app
- Go to Content > New > App and search for the Meeting Room Availability app.
- Click the app to start creating a new app.
- Enter an app name.
- Enter the Calendar ICS URL for the room — most meeting-room calendars in Outlook, Google Workspace, and Exchange expose a per-resource ICS feed. Check with your IT admin if you don't know where to find it.
- Enter the Room name that should be displayed.
- Adjust font size and title truncation if you have a small screen or long meeting titles.
- Click Create app.
The status refreshes every 60 seconds.
