Meeting Room Availability app

Show whether a single meeting room is free or occupied, plus the next booking. Designed for a small screen mounted outside a room.

Creating a Meeting Room Availability app

  1. Go to Content > New > App and search for the Meeting Room Availability app.
  2. Click the app to start creating a new app.
  3. Enter an app name.
  4. Enter the Calendar ICS URL for the room — most meeting-room calendars in Outlook, Google Workspace, and Exchange expose a per-resource ICS feed. Check with your IT admin if you don't know where to find it.
  5. Enter the Room name that should be displayed.
  6. Adjust font size and title truncation if you have a small screen or long meeting titles.
  7. Click Create app.

The status refreshes every 60 seconds.
