Video Stream app

Play a live or on-demand video from any public URL — MP4, HLS (.m3u8), or any format your player device can decode.

Creating a Video Stream app

1. Go to Content > New > App and search for the Video Stream app.
2. Click the app to start creating a new app.
3. Enter an app name.
4. Enter the Video Stream URL — must be publicly accessible over HTTP or HTTPS.
5. Toggle Loop video or Mute audio if needed.
6. Click Create app.

For a local video file, use the Content library instead

If you just want to play a video file you own, upload it to the Content library — the stream app is for remote URLs that change or are too large to upload.
