Show the local weather forecast for any location — current conditions plus a short-term outlook.

Creating a Weather app

1. Go to Content > New > App and search for the Weather app.
2. Click the app to start creating a new app.
3. Enter an app name.
4. Pick a Location (latitude and longitude).
5. Pick a Layout:
   • Overview — current conditions and 5-day forecast on one screen.
   • Animated — cycles through each day with transitions.
6. Choose your preferred Unit (Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin).
7. Click Create app.

No API key needed

Lumicast handles the weather data API for you — you don't need an OpenWeatherMap account.

Custom weather backgrounds

You can optionally upload a different background image for each weather condition (thunderstorm, rain, drizzle, snow, mist, etc.). Enable Customize images and upload media for the conditions you care about — Lumicast falls back to the built-in background for anything you leave blank.
