# Meeting Room Availability app

Show whether a single meeting room is free or occupied, plus the next booking. Designed for a small screen mounted outside a room.

## Creating a Meeting Room Availability app

1. Go to **Content > New > App** and search for the **Meeting Room Availability** app.
2. Click the app to start creating a new app.
3. Enter an **app name**.
4. Enter the **Calendar ICS URL** for the room — most meeting-room calendars in Outlook, Google Workspace, and Exchange expose a per-resource ICS feed. Check with your IT admin if you don't know where to find it.
5. Enter the **Room name** that should be displayed.
6. Adjust font size and title truncation if you have a small screen or long meeting titles.
7. Click **Create app**.

The status refreshes every 60 seconds.
