# Countdown app

Count down to a specific date and time. Useful for product launches, event openings, deadlines, or anniversaries.

## Creating a Countdown app

1. Go to **Content > New > App** and search for the **Countdown** app.
2. Click the app to start creating a new app.
3. Enter an **app name**.
4. Pick a target **Date** — the moment the countdown ends.
5. Optionally set a **Title** (shown above the counter while it's running) and a **Done title** (shown after the counter reaches zero).
6. Click **Create app**.

The counter shows days / hours / minutes / seconds, automatically hiding empty leading units as the target gets closer.
